For paid Fusion users running real jobs

CAM that doesn't fight you.

Last time you trusted the simulation, you broke a $400 tool. Toolpath stuck at 64%. Mirror flipped the wrong way. Crash on regenerate. ENCY is production CAM with machine-aware simulation that catches the collisions Fusion misses — before your spindle does.

What ENCY does about it

01 — SIMULATION

Machine-aware

Detects collisions and axis-limit issues before machining starts. Not a generic visualizer — it knows your machine's envelope.

02 — CALCULATION

Faster toolpaths

Generate complex CAM operations with less waiting and less manual rework. No 65% hangs on the progress bar.

03 — RELIABILITY

Built for jobs

Production-grade CAM workflow. The kind you bet a customer's part on, not the kind you nurse through every job.

Where it matters most

 Fusion 360ENCY
Toolpath calc on complex parts Stalls / hangs at 40–65% Faster calculation
Simulation Generic visualizer Machine-aware (collisions + axis limits)
Multi-axis CAM Behind paid extensions 3, 4, 5-axis included
Reliability Active "is buggy beyond usefulness" thread Production-CNC focus
Cost of a bad toolpath Snapped tool · scrapped part Caught in simulation

Common questions

What does "machine-aware simulation" actually mean?

ENCY simulates against your specific machine's geometry and axis envelope — not a generic stock-vs-tool visualization. Collisions, over-travel, and reach issues surface before you start cutting.

Will my existing Fusion CAM workflows survive the move?

Most do. ENCY accepts standard CAD/manufacturing formats and the CAM workflow will feel familiar to Fusion-trained programmers. Migration support is included.

Does ENCY support post-processors for my controller?

ENCY ships with a post-processing pipeline for common controllers; the team can build custom posts during onboarding for production teams.

What's the catch?

No catch. Free trial runs your existing parts. If the toolpaths come out cleaner and faster, you switch. If not, you keep Fusion.

Bet a real part on it.

Bring a tough part. We'll generate the toolpaths and run the simulation. See where Fusion was hiding the collisions.
